Job Overview :
We are seeking for a talented and creative Concept Artist to join our team and help bring our video games to life. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating captivating and imaginative concepts, an understanding of anatomy, perspective, and lighting, and experience using digital art tools like Photoshop, Sketchbook Pro, or similar.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the art and game design teams to create and refine concept designs for characters, creatures, environments, and game assets
- Create detailed sketches, illustrations, and final concept art for game assets
- Ensure all concept designs meet the game's quality standards and align with the game's overall vision
- Provide visual reference for other artists and designers to work from
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills
Requirements :
- Strong skills in Photoshop, Sketchbook Pro, or similar digital art tools
- A deep understanding of anatomy, perspective, lighting, and color theory
- A portfolio showcasing your concept artwork and demonstrating your understanding of game design and storytelling
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Passion for creating captivating and imaginative concepts for video games
