We are seeking for a talented and experienced Rigger to join our team and help bring our video game characters to life. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating believable and versatile character rigs, an understanding of anatomy and rigging principles, and experience using industry-standard software like Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender.
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with the animation and game design teams to create and refine character rigs for game characters, creatures, and assets
Design and create high-quality character rigs that are both flexible and efficient
Ensure all character rigs meet technical requirements for game engines and animation pipelines
Provide support for animation and texturing teams as needed
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills
Requirements :
At least 1 year of experience in rigging in the gaming industry
At least 2 years of experience in game dStrong skills in Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender and a deep understanding of anatomy and rigging principles
A portfolio showcasing your rigging work and demonstrating your understanding of game design and storytelling
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills
Passion for creating believable and versatile character rigs for video games
